Are children allowed at shows?
Children are welcome at family-friendly events, but must be supervised by an adult. Some shows may have age restrictions, which will be noted during ticket purchase.
TICKETS & DISCOUNTS
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online at graybox.theater/tickets or in person at our box office, which opens one hour before showtime on performance days. We do not process ticket sales over the phone. GrayBox.Theater is our only official online ticketing platform—any other seller is considered a third party, and we cannot assist with issues related to those purchases.
Are there service charges for tickets purchased at the box office?
Tickets purchased in person at the box office include a small handling fee per ticket, in addition to the face value and applicable sales tax.
My ticket says 'General Admission' – what does that mean?
Most of our shows are general admission, which means open seating (first-come, first-served) or standing room, depending on the event setup. If the show is reserved seating, available seats will be selectable at the time of purchase. If you require ADA accommodations, our team will assist you upon arrival.
How do I purchase accessible (ADA) seating?
ADA seating is available through our official ticketing platform at graybox.theater/tickets. We are committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free experience. If you or someone in your party needs ADA accommodations, we encourage you to contact us at hello@graybox.theater prior to the event so we can best meet your needs.
I bought tickets and one of the performers canceled—can I get a refund?
Performer lineups are subject to change. Refunds are not issued for changes to supporting acts or openers. The only guaranteed performance is the headliner listed in our official promotional materials.
I lost my ticket—what should I do?
If you purchased your ticket through our official platform, please reach out to hello@graybox.theater with your order details. We’ll do our best to help verify your purchase and provide a replacement if possible.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the show?
All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled. If a show is canceled, refunds will be issued through your original point of purchase.
Do you offer group or student discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for students, seniors, and groups of 10 or more. Please email us in advance for group bookings.
ACCESSIBILITY
Is the theater wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Our venue is fully ADA compliant, and we offer accessible seating with companion seats available.
How do I request accessible seating?
You can select accessible seating when purchasing tickets online or contact us directly to make arrangements.
Do you offer services for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing?
Yes. We provide Auri™ assistive listening technology, which helps enhance sound clarity for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing. Please contact us in advance to request this equipment or any additional support you may need.
Do you offer services for guests with visual impairments?
We are working to expand our accessibility offerings for guests with visual impairments. If you or a member of your party requires assistance, please reach out to us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are service animals allowed?
Yes. Service animals are welcome with appropriate documentation. Please let us know in advance if possible.

What is the seating capacity of the theater?
Our venue seats approximately 240 guests, offering an intimate, engaging experience.
Are food and drinks available on-site?
Yes! Guests can enjoy a variety of refreshments served by our community partners, Hunters Nightclub and Java Joes. Offerings include coffee, soft drinks, wine, beer, and light bites available before performances and during intermission.
Is there parking available?
We offer a large on-site parking lot with free parking. Street parking and nearby public lots are also available. Carpooling and ride-share services are encouraged.

SAFETY & SECURITY
What safety measures are in place?
We have trained staff on-site, clearly marked emergency exits, and a full set of safety protocols. The theater meets all local fire and safety codes.
Is the theater equipped for medical emergencies?
Yes. We are equipped with an AED, a Stop-the-Bleed kit, and a fully stocked first aid kit, as required by Broward County Fire Code. Our staff, security, and volunteers are trained in emergency response, and we coordinate with local emergency services as needed.
What is your severe weather or evacuation policy?
In the event of an emergency or severe weather, our team will guide guests with clear instructions for evacuation or shelter-in-place. Announcements will be made as necessary.
Do you have security at events?
Yes. Security personnel and local police are present for certain events to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
What is your bag policy?
You may bring clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags up to 12″ × 12″ × 6″ or a small clutch/purse no larger than 4.5″ × 6.5″ × 3″. Oversized bags, backpacks, totes, and duffels are not permitted.
All bags are subject to search by security staff upon entry. If you bring a prohibited item, you will be asked to return the item to your vehicle or dispose of it. We are not responsible for items left or lost outside the venue.
Prohibited items include:
- Outside food or drink
- Large bags or backpacks
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Professional cameras or recording equipment
- Vapes, smoking devices
- Umbrellas, flags, or noisemakers
- Pets (except service animals)
Necessary medical supplies (e.g., EpiPens, insulin, prescription meds) are permitted. These may be inspected by staff.
Occasionally, artist-approved items may be allowed. Check the specific event details or contact us in advance to confirm.
What should I do if I see something suspicious or need help?
